DRe-attach harness strap loops to splitter plate:

sFor Infants or Small Toddlers:

Put Top right strap loop on splitter plate first, then attach Top left strap loop (fig. h - fig. i).

NOTE: -AKEASURE ENDSUOF STRAPSNARE behind splitter plate (fig. j).

s For Toddlers:

Put Bottom right strap loop on splitter plate first, then attach Bottom left strap loop (fig. k - fig. l).

NOTE:
