FAILURE TO PROPERLY recline the infant restraint on the vehicle seat increases the risk of serious injury or death.

Recline only works in modes where child restraint is attached to the base.

17.0 USING RECLINE

1.Pull up on recline button on front of child restraint A.

2.Bubble in level indicator C must be fully between the two lines D. E is not level.

3.Vehicle must be on level ground and child in child restraint when checking level indicator.

NOTE: Level indicator is for rear-facing use only.

If using seat with child 40-65lbs, always use recline position 1.

1.Pull up on recline button on front of child restraint B.

2.Adjust recline to desired level indicated on label F on side of base F.
