CHECKING THE REMAINING NUMBER OF IMAGES AND RECORDING TIME

For information about the card’s and internal memory’s capacity, please see “Possible No. of Images/possible Shooting Time” on page 80.

œTo check the number of pictures or time remaining in the camera’s internal memory, do not insert a memory card.

1 Set the main switch to [Õ].

2 Open the lens cover.

œSelect any shooting mode other than [Ø].

œThe remaining number of images appears in the upper right of the LCD monitor (for the still image and sequential shot shooting modes).

œThe remaining video recording time appears in the upper right of the LCD monitor (for the video clip shooting mode).

œThe remaining number of images and video clips differs depending on the resolution and compression rate settings.

œWhen the indication for the remaining number of images or video clips becomes 0, no more images can be recorded. To record more images, either replace the card with another one, or save the recorded card data (see page 57) and then erase the card (see page 53).
