*Switch power ON.	*Press the mode button and the + / – button
	simultaneously to check the remaining battery
	power.
	*Nothing appears if batteries are OK. However
	flashes, batteries are low, have spares at
	hand. If	is displayed continuously,

batteries should be replaced immediately.

NOTE: After checking the batteries the camera is automatically reset to standard shooting mode.

Remove batteries if you do not plan to use the camera for an extended period of time.
