Using the Menu button

Press Menu,			, then	Capture Options
		, and OK to	access	IMPORTANT: Your camera offers a built-in Help system.

AF Zone				Multi-Zone—evaluates 5 zones to give an even picture
Select a large or concentrated				focus. Ideal for general picture taking.

	Video Size			640 x 480 @ 30 fps (VGA)
	Choose a video resolution.			320 x 240 @ 30 fps (QVGA)
	Self-timer			10 seconds
	Take a picture/video after a			2 seconds
