Using the camera under water

The camera does not float. To prevent it from sinking, secure it to your wrist with the wrist strap (provided). You can also purchase a floating wrist strap at www.kodak.com/go/accessories. Tightly close and latch all doors to keep the camera waterproof. Do not open doors in water or when hands are wet. Waterproof integrity may be compromised if the camera is dropped.

IMPORTANT: Camera is waterproof up to 5 meters (16 ft)

For the best focus and color balance under water:

5Press to change to Underwater mode , then press OK.

6Press to choose Underwater Pictures or Underwater Videos, then press OK.

7When finished taking underwater videos/pictures, go back to Step 1 and choose a non-underwater setting.
