7. LINE-LOCK PHASE

If two or more cameras within a system have different AC line phases are switched by the video switcher, the picture on the monitor TV will fluctuate vertically.

Connect 24V AC input lines of all cameras so that they all share the same phase.

If you still have vertical fluctuation, adjust the V.PHASE controller.

IK-6210A, IK-6410A specifications

The Toshiba IK-6410A and IK-6210A are high-performance industrial cameras designed to meet the demanding needs of various applications in sectors such as machine vision, robotics, and automation. With their advanced imaging technologies and robust features, these cameras are perfect for capturing high-resolution images and delivering precise results in real-time.

The IK-6410A model offers an impressive resolution of 1.4 megapixels and utilizes a 1/3-inch Interline Transfer CCD sensor. This high-quality sensor allows the camera to capture detailed images with excellent color reproduction and minimal noise. It boasts a frame rate of 30 frames per second, ensuring smooth video output in dynamic environments where fast-moving objects need to be recorded without blurs or distortions. The camera supports both analog and digital output, enabling flexible connectivity options for various setups.

In contrast, the IK-6210A features a slightly lower resolution of 1.3 megapixels, also incorporating a 1/3-inch Interline Transfer CCD sensor. Despite the marginal difference in resolution, it maintains an impressive frame rate of 30 frames per second, catering well to high-speed applications. This model is designed for versatility, with a compact form factor that makes it suitable for mounting in constrained spaces.

Both models integrate advanced imaging technologies such as automatic gain control, electronic shutter, and white balance adjustments, ensuring optimal image quality under varying lighting conditions. These cameras also support multiple image formats, allowing users to choose the most suitable one for their application. The IK-6410A and IK-6210A are optimized for easy integration into industrial systems, facilitating seamless communication with different interfaces including RS-232 and RS-485.

Another notable characteristic of both cameras is their robust construction, designed to withstand harsh industrial environments. They have excellent thermal stability and can operate effectively in a wide range of temperatures. Additionally, the cameras’ durable housings provide protection against dust and moisture, making them ideal for outdoor installations or environments with challenging conditions.

Toshiba's commitment to quality and innovation is evident in the IK-6410A and IK-6210A models, which combine cutting-edge imaging technology with practical features for diverse applications. Whether used in quality control processes, automated assembly lines, or surveillance systems, these cameras deliver reliable performance and high-quality imagery, positioning Toshiba as a leading player in the industrial imaging market.
