THE POCKET GUIDE TO THE SAMSUNG NX

MENU HELP

Here’s how to access the Scene modes and Picture Wizard within your NX series cameras

[1][2] SCENE MODES

There are 13 Scene modes to chose from, covering a wide range of subjects from Beach & Snow to Fireworks. To access them, turn the top mode dial to ‘Scene’ [1]

[3]and then press the button [2]. Using the large circular button [2], press ‘up’ and then scroll left and right to select the desired shooting mode. This is what the Scene mode menu looks like [3].

PICTURE WIZARD

This option allows you to add creative effects

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

to your images and movies before taking them. From ‘Vivid’ colour to ‘Classic’ black & whites, and all are customisable. Picture

Wizard works in P, A, S, M & Movie mode

on the main control dial [1]. After choosing

 

your mode, press the Picture Wizard button

 

[2]or the button (scrolling through to the icon in the menu) and then scroll through the desired effect you’d like. This is the Picture Wizard menu [3].

DON’T FORGET: SDHC CARDS

The Samsung NX range use SDHC cards to record pictures and movies on to. They come in a variety of capacities ranging from 2GB (Gigabytes) to 16GB.
