ASM button(Manual & Scene mode button)

You can use the ASM button to select the desired scene in the Scene mode.

Using the ASM button in the Scene mode

1.Rotate the MODE DIAL to select the Scene mode

2.Press the ASM button and then a menu will be displayed as shown alongside. Press the left/right button to select a desired scene.

-Selectable scene menu :

Portrait, Children, Landscape, Text, Close-up, Sunset, Dawn, Backlight, Fireworks and Beach & Snow.

3. Press the ASM or OK button to confirm the selection.

LCD button

You can check the recording status in the LCD monitor. Toggle the LCD button in shooting mode (except in voice recording mode) to display the next LCD information displayed.

If the LCD monitor is turned off, the mode dial lamp will light up.
