• Taking Pictures in Macro Mode
Use this mode to capture subjects this close to the lens: 5.9 ~ 23.6 inches (15 cm ~ 60 cm).
1.Turn on the camera.
2.Slide the Capture/Playback Mode Selector to 
.
3.Press the Macro button repeatedly until the 
icon appears on the LCD screen.
4.Capture procedures are the same as for taking a picture in the normal capture mode. Please see “Taking Pictures in Normal Mode” on page 37.
