• Using the Docking Station (optional)

The docking station can serve as a battery charger when connecting to the AC adaptor; refer to the following instruction on Using the docking station as a batter charger for details. Connecting the camera with a TV via the docking station, the TV screen performs as the LCD screen of the camera; please refer to Viewing Pictures and Video Clips on a TV on page 44 for details.

Using the docking station as a battery charger 1. Install the battery into the camera.

2. Plug the camera into the docking station.

3. Plug the end of the AC adaptor into the DC jack on the docking station, and connect the adaptor to a household power outlet.

When plugged in the docking station, the camera will automatically turn off. The docking station will check the battery status. If the battery level is low, the docking station will start charging the battery. The charging LED on the docking station will change from red to green, when the battery is fully charged.
