Cannot take a photo:

If any LED indicators on the camera blink after you take a photo, wait until they stop blinking before you take another photo.

The camera’s internal memory or optional memory card may be full. Transfer photos to your computer and delete photos from the camera to free up space.

If you are using a memory card, check that it is properly inserted. Turn off the camera, remove and correctly reinsert the memory card, and turn on the camera.

If you are using a memory card, it may be corrupted. Reformat the memory card or purchase a new memory card.

The camera may be connected to your computer. You may be able to take photos using the Polaroid software controls. If not, turn the camera off, disconnect it from the computer, and turn the camera on again to take photos.

The camera LCDs do not turn on:

The camera may be connected to a computer. Turn the camera off, disconnect it from the computer, and turn the camera on again.

The batteries may be weak. Replace the batteries or use the AC adapter. To save battery power, use the optical viewfinder when composing photos.

The live image in the LCD viewfinder looks “jumpy”:

Many Polaroid digital cameras include an LCD viewfinder, which shows you the actual live photo before you take it. This LCD display may look jumpy when the camera is being used in low light conditions. Increase the amount of light, or use the optical viewfinder to compose your photo.

The flash does not work (in cameras that have a flash):

The flash may be turned off. Turn the flash on and use the camera’s automatic flash setting for best results.

If the camera may be in its automatic flash setting, and the flash sensor determined that there was sufficient light to take the photo without the flash.

The flash may be charging. Wait until the flash LED stops blinking before taking another photo.

The batteries may be dead. Replace the batteries in the camera or use the AC adapter.
