SELECTING THE EXPOSURE MODE

■A word on the camera’s flash exposure modes

Each time you press in the Exposure Mode Button, the exposure mode setting will switch in the order shown below:

Auto flash (No sign), Red-eye Reducing ( ), Fill-in Flash ( ) and Flash off ( ) mode.

■Effective flash range

The effective range of your camera’s built-in flash will differ with the speed of the film you are using and the lens focal length as shown below.

Film speed	35 mm wideangle	70 mm telephoto
ISO 100	0.9 – 5	0.65 – 2.5

ISO 200	0.9 – 7	0.65 – 3.5

ISO 400	0.9 – 10	0.65 – 5
