•The above battery lives are estimates. The battery life may be shorter depending on the storage condition of the battery before being purchased and temperature.
•You may not use the battery case in cold environment.
To remove the battery case
The battery case is removed in the same way as the battery pack (p. 7).
When you replace the batteries, be sure to remove the battery case from the camcorder to prevent malfunction.

Advanced operations
Letting the subject monitor the shot
You can turn the LCD panel over so that it faces the other way and you can let the subject monitor the shot while shooting with the viewfinder.
Turn the LCD panel vertically first until it clicks, then turn it over. The 
indicator appears on the LCD screen (Mirror mode) and the date and remaining battery indicators disappear.

• When you turn the LCD panel about 135 degrees to 210 degrees, the camcorder enters mirror mode.
