Deleting Files

Previously stored fi les can be deleted either one at a time or all at once.

1Perform steps 13 in “Normal Playback Of Images” ( 24).

2 Press MENU.

3 Select “MEMORY CARD” ().

4Select “DELETE”, press SET. The DELETE Menu appears.

Press £ whenever you want to return to the previous menu screen.

To delete the currently displayed file

5Select “CURRENT”, press SET. The DELETE screen appears.

6 Press £ or ¤ to select the desired fi le.

7Select “EXECUTE”, press SET.

To cancel deletion, select “RETURN”.

Repeat steps 6 and 7 for all fi les you want to delete.

Note:

If the “x” mark appears, the selected fi le is protected and cannot be deleted.

To delete all files stored in the memory card

5Select “ALL”, press SET. The DELETE screen appears.

6Select “EXECUTE”, press SET.

• To cancel deletion, select “RETURN”.

Notes:

Protected fi les ( 25) cannot be deleted. To delete them, remove protection fi rst.

Setting Print Information

(DPOF Setting)*

This camcorder is compatible with the DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) standard in order to support future systems such as automatic printing.

*Up to a maximum limit of 999 stored fi les in the memory card.

To Print All Still Images (One Print For Each)

1Perform steps 13 in “Normal Playback Of Images” ( 24).

2 Press MENU.

3 Select “MEMORY CARD” ().

4Select “DPOF”, press SET. The DPOF Menu appears.

Press £ whenever you want to return to the previous menu screen.

5Select “ALL 1”, press SET. The DPOF screen appears.

6Select “EXECUTE”, press SET.

• To cancel selection, select “RETURN”.

Once fi les are deleted, they cannot be restored. Check fi les before deleting.
