Flare		[ON]	Compensation of the black level when flaring effect
		OFF	occurs and black areas are tinted with color due to
			irregular reflection of light entering the lens.
	Level (R)	– 32	Compensation of the black level of Rch
	When	– 31	Increasing the value:	Red tint becomes weaker
