STANDBY mode of ON/STANDBY switch | sections |
When the power cord of this system is plugged into an AC out- | |
let, the display lights up regardless of the ON/OFF setting of the | |
ON/STANDBY switch. This indicates that a small amount of cur- |
|
rent is being supplied to the unit to back up the memory con- |
|
tents. This mode is referred to as the Standby mode. While the |
|
display is lit, the power of the system can be switched ON/OFF |
|
from the remote control unit. |
