Installing VideoCam Suite

●Before installing the software, check your operating environment (P.76) and close any other software applications which are running.

●Do not perform other computer operations while installing the software. ●Do not connect this unit to the computer until installation is complete.

●Install VideoCam Suite only from the supplied CD-ROM.

Insert the supplied CD-ROM into your computer.

The installation program begins automatically and the message appears on the screen.

Click [Next].

Select the folder where the application will be installed and click [Next].

Decide whether to create a shortcut.

Select the country or region where you live and click [Next].

●Check the message prompting you to confirm and click [YES].

●If you cannot select your country or region, click [NTSC Area].

Click [Install] and follow the directions appearing on the screen to complete the installation.

●If the installation is interrupted halfway through, the software may not operate properly.

●If using Windows 2000, Microsoft DirectX 9.0c must be installed in order to operate VideoCam

Suite 2.0. Depending on the operating environment, you may be required to install DirectX 9.0c. If so, follow the instruction on the screen and install it. If you install the software on a PC that is not compatible with DirectX 9.0c, the PC may not work properly. If you are unsure whether or not your PC is compatible, contact the PC manufacturer.

[Readme] is displayed when the installation is completed. Be sure to check the contents.
