Replace the plastic wheel well liner. Using a 10mm open/ closed combination wrench, re-install the bolt that removed in STEP 4.

Re-install the pair of push/pull tabs removed in STEP 3.

With a 7mm socket and socket wrench, re-install the pair of bolts removed in STEP 2.
