2.Exclusive remedy.
Acceptance: The Customer's exclusive remedy and Best Buy's sole obligation is to perform all work necessary to repair any Product found to be defective within the period of this warranty and provide, at no extra charge to the customer, the replacement of the defective parts. [In the event that repairing the Product or replacing the parts does not correct the defect, or that 30 days have passed after receipt of the Product for repair, or that three (3) consecutive repairs have been performed on the same defect and makes a fourth failure then, and only in such cases, will Best Buy replace the defective product with another with the same or similar characteristics, or refund to the Customer the purchase price of such Product on the date it was acquired.
3.Limited warranty exclusions:
Best Buy shall have no responsibility or obligation whatsoever towards the Customer and therefore shall be exempt from fulfilling the terms of the warranty under the following conditions: (i) when the Product has been used in conditions other than normal operating conditions; (ii) when the Product has not been operated in accordance with the instructions supplied with the Product; and (iii) when the Product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons as specified by Best Buy. Best Buy also excludes any Products that have not been sold by Best Buy in one of its stores located within the Mexican Republic. This warranty does not cover consumable parts pertaining to the Product (such as fuses, batteries and accessories). This warranty will cover defects and/or flaws during the warranty period resulting in any defect in the materials used in manufacturing the Product.
4.Territorial validity: This warranty policy is valid only in the Mexican Republic.
WAIVER OF WARRANTY:
Except for the warranty stipulated herein, which complies with the requirements of the standard NOM-024-SCFI-1998, Best Buy expressly excludes from the scope of liability of this warranty any other express or implied warranty, including, without limitation, any and all statements or warranties of merchantability and/or fitness of the Product for a particular purpose. Best Buy expressly excludes any and all guarantees that its Product is compatible with any other Product or combination of products other than products under the brands INSIGNIA, DYNEX, ROCKETFISH, and INIT that the Customer may decide to connect to the Product.
