Reviewing PPV Purchases

The Past Purchases display screen, which is accessed through the

Options menu, allows you to review the programs that

you have purchased

have been broadcast

have not yet been billed to your account.

The list may be longer than one screen; use the down arrow keys to see more items. The Purchase History display screen also shows the title, channel, date, time, and cost of each program.

Note: This list may be modified after each billing cycle.

Canceling PPV Programs

The DSS menu system allows you to cancel any of the pay-per-view events that you have purchased in advance, but haven’t watched yet.

To cancel a PPV program.

1.Press MENU to bring up the Main menu.

2.Point to Options and press SELECT.

3.Point to Upcoming Purchases and press SELECT.

The display screen that comes up shows the names, channels, dates, times, and costs of the programs you have ordered.

4.If you want to cancel a program, point to that program and press SELECT.

5.Point to Remove and press SELECT.

The list may be longer than one screen. Use the down arrow key to see more items.

The DSS Mailbox

The DSS mailbox shows you messages that are sent—or “mailed”— from your program providers. For example, you may receive a message calling your attention to a new service.
