●if you retune the radio from a traffic information station to a station that does not broadcast traffic informa- tion.
If you hear the warning sound, you can either switch off traffic information pri- ority or tune into a station that broad- casts traffic information.
Setting the traffic announcement volume
➮Press the MENU button :.
➮Keep pressing the or button 8until “TAVOLUME” appears in the display.
➮Set the volume using the and buttons 8.
When you have finished making your changes,
➮press the MENU button :twice.
Note:
●You can also adjust the volume during a traffic announcement for
the duration of the announcement by using the volume control 3.
Cassette mode
Cassette play
●If there is no cassette in the device,
➮insert the cassette into the cassette slot with the open side to the right.
The cassette symbol appears in the dis- play.
Cassette playback begins with the side of the cassette that was played before the last time a cassette was ejected. This can be side A or B.
●If there is already a cassette in the device,
➮press the SRC button 9until “CASSETTE” appears in the dis- play.
The cassette is played in whichever di- rection was last selected.
Changing direction of play
➮Press buttons 6 and 7 at the same time.
The other side of the tape starts play- ing. At the end of the tape, the direction of play is automatically reversed (auto- reverse).
Fast winding
Fast forward
●To fast forward Side A,
➮press the button 7until it locks.
●To fast forward Side B,
➮press the button 6until it locks.
“FORWARD” appears in the display.
