Menu functions

Welcome note

Press Menu, select Settings, Phone settings and Welcome note. Key in the note you would like to be shown briefly when the phone is switched on. To save the note, press Options, and select Save.

Network selection

Press Menu, select Settings, Phone settings and Network selection. Select Automatic and the phone automatically selects one of the cellular networks available in your area.

If you select Manual, the phone shows a list of the available networks and you can select a network that has a roaming agreement with your home network operator. Otherwise, No access will be displayed and you must select another network. The phone stays in manual mode until the automatic mode is selected or another SIM card is inserted into the phone.

Help text activation

To set the phone to show or not to show the help texts, press Menu, select Settings, Phone settings and Help text activation.

Screen saver

Activate the screen saver by pressing Menu, Settings, Phone settings and Screen saver and then selecting on. You can also set the screen saver to off, or to activate after a certain time. You can also select whether you want the screen saver to show digital or analog clock.

Display contrast

You can choose the display contrast by pressing Menu, Settings, Phone settings and Display contrast. Select the level you want.
