Menu functions

If the ? character is displayed after the word, the word you intended to write is not in the dictionary. To add the word to the dictionary, press Spell, key in the word (traditional text input is used) and press Save. When the dictionary becomes full, the new word replaces the oldest one that was added.

3. Start writing the next word.

Key in the first part of the word and confirm it by pressing . Write the last part of the word and

confirm it by pressing or .

Using traditional text input

Press a number key, to , repeatedly until the character you want appears. Not all characters available under a number key are printed on the key. The characters available depend on the language selected in the Language menu, see Language on page 49.

To insert a number while in letter mode, press and hold the desired number key.

If the next letter you want is located on the same key as the present one, wait until the cursor

appears, or press or and then key in the letter.

The most common punctuation marks and special characters are available under the number key .

To insert a space, press .

To move the cursor to the right or left, press or , respectively.
