Deactivating the Browser

The Browser can be deactivated as follows:

When browsing on-line Z E to review cache off line. When browsing off-line Z E to return to Idle mode.

Setting the Linger Time

The phone will be automatically disconnected from the WAP server after a set period of non-interaction. This period is defined in seconds by the Linger Time setting.

1From Idle Z Q, select Browser > Browser Setting > Linger Time Z Q

2Z + Hold B to remove the current linger time, then re-enter the value required Z Q twice

Last Error

If an error should occur when using the Browser, use this function to inform the network operator of the last error which occurred with the phone, to assist with a diagnosis of the problem.

From Idle Z Q, select Browser > Browser Setting > Last Error Z Q
