If you want to hear a unique ringtone whenever you are roaming, you can

press r> w Settings > Sounds

>Ringtones > Roam Ringtone and choose Distinct.

Select ringtones for messages

To select a ringtones for messages:

1Press r> w Settings > Sounds > Ringtones.

2Select Text Message or Voicemail and press r. The list of preprogrammed ringtones are displayed.

3Use your navigation key to scroll through the available ringtones. To hear a ringtone, press Listen (<).

4Press Assign (>).

Volume

You can adjust your phone’s volume settings to suit your needs and your environment.

1Press r> w Settings > Sounds > Volume.

2Select Ringtones, Messaging, Calendar, Alarm, Applications, Power On, Key Beep, Voice Call, or Speakerphone and press r.

3Using the navigation key, choose a volume level and press Done (>).

You can adjust the ringtones volume in standby mode (or the earpiece volume during a call) by using the volume key on the left side of your phone.

Alert notification

Your phone can alert you with an audible tone when you change service areas, once a minute
