Getting Started With Data Services

To use Sprint Worldwide Data Services, you will need to have these services activated on your account.

To activate, call Sprint Worldwide Customer Support at 1-888-226-7212, option 2. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.

Once your services are activated, you may need to select a GSM data services provider for the country you are in.

Accessing Your Email and Data Services on GSM Networks

To access your email and browse the Web when traveling, you may need to manually select the carrier that provides Sprint service in your location. You can find a list of carriers for each country where GSM data service is offered at www.sprint.com/sww. Then, follow the instructions below to select the appropriate carrier network on your BlackBerry device.

To select a GSM data service carrier for a specific country:

1. Tap Manage Connections > Networks and Connections > Mobile Network > Network Technology > GSM/UMTS.

2.Change the Network Selection Mode field to Manual.

3.Tap a wireless network that supports Sprint International GSM Data Roaming.

4.Tap Select Network. Press > Close.
