Step 3 Press the down navigation key to select Charging tone, and then select Select.

Step 4 Press the up or down navigation key to select ON to enable the function or OFF to disable the function. Then select Select.

For normal use, you are recommended to enable the charger tone so that you can receive alerts it when the handset is not charged properly.

Setting the Alarm Clock

Enabling the Alarm Function

To enable the alarm function, do as follows:

Step 1 In standby mode, press MENU to display the main menu.

Step 2 Press repeatedly to select Alarm, and then select Select or press OK. Step 3 Press the down navigation key to select Alarm, and then select Select. Step 4 Press the up or down navigation key to select ON, and then select Select. Step 5 Press the number keys to enter the alarm time in the format of HH:MM. Step 6 Select Select to save the setting and proceed to set the ringtone type.

Step 7 Press the left or right navigation key to select the ringtone you like. Step 8 Select Select to save the setting and return to the upper-level menu. Step 9 When the alarm rings, press any key to turn it off.

Disabling the Alarm Function

To disable the alarm function, perform Step 1 to Step 3 of the previous paragraph, select OFF, and then select Select.

Sleep Mode

If the sleep mode function is enabled, the ringtone volume automatically switches to the lowest volume level during the period of the time you set. This function allows you to be free from any disturbance at night.

To enable the sleep mode function, do as follows:

Step 1 In standby mode, press MENU to display the main menu.

Step 2 Press repeatedly to select Alarm, and then select Select or press OK.
