Extending numbers

Using an external PC program such as Outlook® , parts of a phone number can be replaced by "?"and then transferred to the Addressbook (for PABXs for example).

To call:

1 Open the Addressbook and select (part of) the phone number.

 Press.

& Replace "?" with digits.

Dial number.

Synchronising with Outlook®

You can synchronise your Addressbook with your Outlook® database using Siemens Quick Sync (page 80).
