3.Pronounce the voice tag clearly into the microphone.

When the phone finds the voice tag, Found appears, and the phone automatically dials the number. If the phone does not locate a number or recognise the voice tag, No match found appears.

Delete

1.Press Menu > Voice > Voice tags > Select.

2.Scroll to the name with the voice tag you want to erase.

3.Press Options > Delete > Select. Delete voice tag? appears.

4.Press OK to erase the voice tag.

Voice tags

After you have associated a voice tag to a contact, you can choose one of the following options:

■Voice commands

You can set as many as five voice commands, which allow hands-free operation of certain phone features.

Play back

1.Press Menu > Voice > Voice tags > Select.

2.Scroll to the name with the voice tag you want to hear.

3.Press Options > Playback > Select.

Modify

1.Press Menu > Voice > Voice tags > Select.

2.Scroll to the name with the voice tag you want to change.

3.Press Options > Change > Select.

4.Press Start, then speak clearly into the microphone. The phone repeats your voice tag, and Voice tag saved appears.

Add a voice tag

Before using voice commands, you must first add a voice tag to the phone function.

1.At the standby screen, select Menu > Voice > Voice commands, and press Select.

2.Scroll to the phone function you wish to tag (Profiles, Voice mailbox, Voice recorder or Call register), and press Select.

3.If necessary, scroll to an option associated with that function and press Select.

4.Press Options > Add command > Select.

5.Press Start, and speak the voice tag clearly into the microphone.

Note: Do not press Quit unless you want to cancel the recording.
