Dial desired party.

When called party answers, lift handset or use speakerphone.

Press flashing CO line button or loop key.

(NB: If the Preferred Line Answer feature is ON for your station, you may answer just by lifting handset, or press MON.)

To transfer an outside call to the other extension,

Press TRANS/PGM button. (The outside call is put on hold.)

Dial station number or appropriate DSS button.

You can make a screened or unscreened transfer.

When the called extension answers, notice the call transfer and hang up to complete call transfer.

While the station you called rings, hang up to complete call transfer.

To answer screened transfer,

When a station rings according to Intercom Answer Mode selection, answer the intercom call.

The transferring party hangs up, the call will be connected.
