Cleaning and Maintenance

Before cleaning and maintaining your phone, please switch it off. If it is being charged, it is necessary to unplug the charger from the power source while also disconnecting the charger from the phone. This is to avoid electric shocks, battery or charger short circuits.

Please do not use chemical substances (such as alcohol, or benzene), or chemical reagents, or granular cleaning agents to wipe the phone or charger, otherwise components could be damaged and this could cause a fire. You can use a damp, static proof soft cloth to wipe the phone.

Please do not scrape or alter the casing of the phone. Otherwise, traces of the material could cause an allergic reaction. If allergic reactions occur, you must stop using the phone immediately and seek medical assistance.
