Call

When selecting ‘Call’ in the menu, the Dialer will open the Dialer menu, allowing dialing a number.

Setup

Setup is divided into a generic area of features that are not password protected and Advanced Setup, which requires a password.

Display

1.Browse to the Display menu: Menu Setup Display.

2.The Display menu offers three options: Contrast, Brightness, and Backlight time.

3.Use the up and down buttons to highlight the setting you want to change, and press either

‘Enter’ or ‘Select’ to open that setting.

4.Use the up and down buttons to increase or decrease the respective values.

Date/Time

1.Browse to the Date/Time menu: Menu Setup Set Date/Time.

2.To set the date or time, select either the Set Date, or Set Time option, and press either ‘Enter’ or ‘Select’.

3.Edit time and date (month/day/year) using the numeric keys and the left and right buttons. The ‘Done’ key will store the value.

4.To change the use of the network time, select the ‘Netwrk Time ON/OFF’ option. You change the setting by pressing the ‘Select’ key. If you select ‘Netwrk Time ON’ the FLX2 Conference Phone will attempt to derive the date and time from the telephone network.
