Starting Up

Installing the Battery and a microSDHCCard

Switch off your phone before installing or replacing the battery. You have the option to install a microSDHC card of up to 32 GB to expand your phone’s storage capacity. The microSDHC card can be installed and removed while the phone is turned on. Unmount the microSDHC card before removing it.

1. Remove the back cover.

2.Hold your microSDHC card with the metal contacts facing down and slide it in until you hear a click.

3.Insert the battery by aligning the metal contacts on the battery with the metal contacts in the battery compartment. Gently push down on the battery until it clicks into place.

4.Press the cover gently back into place until you hear a click.

Removing the Battery, micro-SIM, and microSDHC Card

1.Make sure that your mobile phone is off.

2.Remove the back cover.

3.Lift the battery up and out.

4.Slide the micro-SIM out.

5.Slide the microSDHC card out.

Charging the Battery

When you first get your new phone, you’ll need to charge the battery.

WARNING! Use only ZTE-approved chargers and cables. The use of unapproved accessories could damage your phone or cause the battery to explode.
