Development

•USB debugging: Select to connect your device to a PC by using a PC data cable.

•If you want to use Samsung PC Studio (Samsung Kies), you need to deactivate the USB mass storage mode in Applications → Development → USB debugging before connecting your device to a PC.

•You can download Samsung PC Studio (Samsung Kies) from the Samsung website (www.samsungmobile.com). Some features of Samsung PC Studio (Samsung Kies) may by unavailable.

•Stay awake: Set the device’s screen to stay on while charging the battery.

•Allow mock locations: Allow mock locations and service information to be sent to a Location Manager service for testing. This is for application development.

Select this setting to use the Auto-sync feature. The Auto-sync will run in the background without opening applications synchronise data.
