Short Messages

You can choose the following options, by pressing the Option soft key.

Delete: allows you to erase the selected message.

Reply: allows you to send a reply to the sender.

Voice Call: allows you to call the sender back.

Edit: allows you to edit the message and destination. You can save, send, or save and send the edited message to the destination.

Extract: allows you to extract a number from the message text, so that you can call the number or save it in the phonebook.

Note: The options available vary, depending on the message status (New, Received, Saved, Sent).

Via this menu, you can write short messages of up to 160 alphanumeric characters.

Note: For further information on how to enter the characters in your message, refer to page 36.

After you complete the message, you are asked to enter the destination. You can select a number stored in the phonebook.
