ESTANQUEIDAD

Compruebe las indicaciones que están en el fondo de la caja de su reloj Victorinox Swiss Army y lea con atención las siguientes explicaciones:

Estanco hasta 3 ATM (100 pies/30 metros). Resistente a la lluvia, a las salpicaduras y a las inmersiones accidentales pero no debe llevarlo durante la

ducha o al bañarse.

Estanco hasta 5 ATM (165 pies/50 metros). Puede llevarlo durante la ducha o al sumergirse en aguas poco profundas. No puede hacer submarinismo con él.

Estanco hasta 10 ATM (330 pies/100 metros). Puede llevarlo durante el baño o en inmersiones sin botella en superficie.

Estanco hasta 30 ATM (990 pies/300 metros). Puede llevarlo durante el baño y al practicar buceo de superficie o buceo profundo.

Estanco hasta 50 ATM (1650 pies/500 metros). Puede llevarlo durante el baño, al practicar buceo de superficie o submarinismo.

No podemos garantizar la estanqueidad de su reloj indefinidamente, dado el envejecimiento de las juntas, los golpes eventuales en la corona o los botones, las variaciones climáticas o de temperatura. Por consiguiente, le aconsejamos que haga controlar la estanqueidad de su reloj por un Centro autorizado Victorinox Swiss Army cada 18 meses o cada vez que abra la caja.

CORRESPONDENCIA METROS/BARES

Un metro y un bar son cosas distintas: En el agua, hay que sumar la presión del aire y la del agua. 10 metros de profundidad equivalen a 1 bar de presión de agua más 1 bar de presión atmosférica sobre el nivel del mar, es decir, 2 bares.

La corona actúa también como un pulsador para activar o desactivar diferentes funciones como la alarma y las tres funciones del cronógrafo: inicio, parada y puesta a cero.
