Adjust the distance between the eyes by turning both eyepiece assemblies (3) until two images converge into one. This adjustment is made tough intentionally to provide for a water resistance.

OPERATION DURING NIGHT

Unpack the unit from the soft case.

If the batteries were not installed, unscrew the battery cap (5) and install the batteries, observing correct polarity as drawn schematically on the body (1) (“-“ towards the bottom of the compartment).

The eye cups can be folded as shown below for eyeglasses wearers.

Remove the objective lens caps (7). Aim the unit to the observed object.

Flip the switch (2) into “N” position. You will see greenish light through the eyepieces with outlines of the observed object.
