SET-UP

Setting up the treadmill requires two people. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove the packing

materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until set-up is completed. Scissors(not included) are needed.

1.With the help of a second person, carefully raise the treadmill to the position shown at the right.

2.Cut the shipping tie.

Refer to HOW TO LOWER THE TREADMILL FOR USE on page 11. Follow the instructions on page 11 to lower the treadmill. Make sure there is at least one foot of clearance behind the treadmill.

3.Remove the backing from the Adhesive Clip (68). Press the Adhesive Clip onto the Front Endcap (29) in the indicated location. Press the Allen Wrench (69) into the Adhesive Clip.

4.To protect the floor or carpet, place a mat under the treadmill. To order a mat, refer to the back cover of this manual.
