SECTION 3—MAINTENANCE

Check all functions:

A.Head section raises and lowers properly.

B.Foot section raises and lowers properly.

C.Bed raises and lowers properly.

Pass/Fail

PASS: Bed and all components have passed all of the preceding inspection criteria, and the bed is ready for placement into a client’s home.

FAIL: Bed, or any component, has failed any of the preceding inspection criteria. Tag the bed or component with a complete description of the failure(s) and have the bed serviced.
