Tour of the Speaker System

Speaker Front View

Power/Volume/Scan control turns the speaker on, adjusts the volume level and rescans for the transmitter’s signal; press and hold to turn the speaker off

CHRG. indicator lights red when the speaker is turned off and rechargeable batteries are loaded

STDBY./TUNED indicator lights red when the speaker is first powered on; it turns blue when the speaker is tuned to the transmitter

Carrying handle

Battery Compartment Cover— remove to install 8 C-cell batteries

L/Mono/R switch determines if the speaker plays the left or right track in a stereo pair, or plays sound in mono as a stand-alone speaker

Speaker power input jack receives the small round end of one of the included 18V 700mA AC power adapters
