HOW TO SET UP THE TREADMILL

Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Make sure that all parts are included before you dispose of the packing materials.

With the help of a second person, carefully raise the treadmill uprights to the position shown at the right.

Make sure that all parts of the treadmill are tight before you use the treadmill. Place a mat under the treadmill to protect the floor or carpet from damage.
