¯SECURELYassemblethree 3-1/2" PULLEYS(9)in!o the slots of the TOPBOOl~I (4) using three 3/8 X2-3/4" BOLTS(32), six 3i~" FLA_\'GE SPACERS(33), and three 3/8" LOCKNLrI'S(3 I) as show~in FIGURE9. (NOTE:Makesure the cable is routed over all the pulleys.)
¯SECURELYretighten the removed3/8 X 2-3/4" BOLTfrom the above step.
