945101 POWERRACK ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1.Insert eight (8) 3 X 2 IN ENDCAPSinto the ends of the IYPRIGI:IT FRAMEWELDMENTIas$shown on drawing.

2.LOOSELY assemble the LOWER CONNECTORWELDMENTand the UPPER CONNE~TOR WELDMENTbetween each UPRIGHT FRAMEWELDMENTas shown on drawing.

3.Insert four (4) 1-1./4 IN RDENDCAPSinto the ends of the TUBESon the CHIN-10PCONNECTOR WELDMENTas shown on drawing.

4.LOOSELYasserable the C~IN-UP CONNECTORWELDMENTbetween the LrPRIGI~IT FRAME WELDMENTSas shown on drawing.

5.Insert two (2) 1-314 IN KID ENDCAPSinto the ends of the PLATEI~OLDERWELDMENTSas shown on drawing,

6.LOOSELYassemble the PLATE I:IOLDER WELDMENTSto the UPRIGHT FRAME WELDMENTSas shown on drawing.

7.Whenall compnne, nts are assembled, SECURELYtighten all bolt connections.

8.Attach twelve (12) 1-1/2 X 2 IN GLIDES(three each) to the SAFETYBARWELDMENTSand SUPPORT WELDMENTSas shown in (DETAIL A).

9.Insert the BARSUPPORTWELDMENT,and the SAFETYBARWELDMENTinto the desi.red hole setting as shownola drawing and in (DETAILB).
