USING THE PROGRAMS (continued)

CHOOSING RESISTANCE LEVEL

The LCD message board will scroll instructions for setting LEVEL. The default level will be flashing in the LEVEL window. Set the LEVEL using the UP and DOWN buttons. When you arrive at your chosen intensity level, press the ENTER button.

NOTE: When using the CONSTANT WATTS program, you will set your program workload in place of the level. The workload is measured in WATTS and is adjustable in increments of five, with a range of 40 to 300.

STARTING

Press START to begin your workout.
