Adjusting the Tone (Also see page 10)
1. Press OSD SET.
2, 8, 4, and 6 buttons on the 10 keys work as %/ Þ/ @/ #for OSD operations.
2. Press any one of % / Þ / @/ #.
The MAIN MENU appears on the TV.
3. Press % / Þto move 
to “SOUND CONTROL,” then press @/ #.
The SOUND CONTROL menu appears.
4. Press % / Þto move to “TONE CONTROL,” then press @/ #.
The TONE CONTROL menu appears.
5.Press % / Þ/ @/ #to adjust the tone as you want.
@ / #: Select the frequency ranges — 100 Hz (bass) and
10 kHz (treble).
% / Þ : Adjust the frequency levels.
6.When you finish, press OSD EXIT repeatedly until the menu disappears from the TV.
Setting the Basic Setting Items (Also see
pages 11 and 12)
1. Press OSD SET.
2, 8, 4, and 6 buttons on the 10 keys work as %/ Þ/ @/ #for OSD operations.
2. Press any one of % / Þ / @/ #.
The MAIN MENU appears on the TV.
3. Press % / Þto move to “SETTING,” then press @/ #.
The SETTING menu appears.
4. Press % / Þto move 
to the item you want to set or adjust, then press @/ #.
On the SETTING menu, you can do the following:
“CENTER SPK”: Select an appropriate center speaker size.
“REAR SPK”: Set the rear speaker information.
“DELAY TIME”: Select an appropriate delay time. *
Note:
*Only valid for “PRO LOGIC.” Not displayed when “REAR SPK” is set to “NO.”
5.When you finish, press OSD EXIT repeatedly until the menu disappears from the TV.
Operating the Tuner (Also see pages 13 and 14)
1. Press OSD SET.
2, 8, 4, and 6 buttons on the 10 keys work as %/ Þ / @/ #for OSD operations.
2. Press any one of %/ Þ / @/ #.
The MAIN MENU appears on the TV.
3. Press %/ Þto move to “TUNER CONTROL,” then press @/ #.
The TUNER CONTROL menu appears.
4. Press %/ Þto move 
to the item you want to set or adjust, then press @/ #.
On the TUNER CONTROL menu, you can do the following:
“PRESET CH”: | Select a preset channel station. |
“BAND”: | Select the band. |
“FREQUENCY”: | Tune in a station manually. |
“FM MODE”: | Select the FM reception mode.* |
“PRESET MEMORY”: See “Storing the Preset Stations” below.
Note:
*Not displayed when an AM station is selected.
5.When you finish, press OSD EXIT repeatedly until the menu disappears from the TV.
Storing the Preset Stations (Also see page 13)
1. Press OSD SET.
2, 8, 4, and 6 buttons on the 10 keys work as %/ Þ / @/ #for OSD operations.
2. Press any one of %/ Þ / @/ #.
The MAIN MENU appears on the TV.
3. Press %/ Þto move 
to “TUNER CONTROL,” then press @/ #.
The TUNER CONTROL menu appears.
4.Tune into a station on the TUNER CONTROL menu, referring to “Operating the Tuner” above.
