To activate the Smart Relay feature:

Use this feature to view new messages, events, and other information when you receive notifications. When you receive a notification, pick up the connected mobile device with the hand wearing the Galaxy Gear. Then, unlock the mobile device to view the details.

Note: Before using this feature, make sure the motion feature of the mobile device is activated.

1.From within your smartphone’s Applications page,

tap (Gear Manager) ➔ (Settings).

2.In a single motion touch and slide the Smart relay slider

to the right to turn it on

ON .

To activate the Wake-up gesture feature:

Use this feature to wake up (reactivate) the Galaxy Gear by simply raising your arm when the Gear is on.

Note: Before using this feature, make sure the motion feature of the mobile device is activated.

2.In a single motion touch and slide the Wake-up gesture
