22. LEVELING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place level on rim (25) and adjust nut (42) until	25
level. Tighten nut (30) to set rim tension for
playing.

23.	Apply logo label (33) to cover plate (31). Install
	cover plate (18) on rim (25) using self tapping		33
