Operation

BEFORE ANY OF THE WASH OPTIONS ARE SELECTED YOU MUST FIRST:

Insert the power plug into an earthed wall socket and switch on.

Open the hot and cold water taps.

Load the washing into the machine.( see Loading)

Add detergent and if necessary softener and bleach.( See Adding detergents below)

Close the lid.

NOTE: DO NOT OPEN THE HOT WATER TAP WITHOUT OPENING THE COLD WATER TAP ALSO.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO OPEN THE COLD WATER TAP FOR ALL PROGRAMMES.

ADDING DETERGENT

Add a measured amount of detergent to the detergent drawer. Use only detergent specifically recommended for top loading washers and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

If required, add a measure of liquid chlorine bleach to the bleach inlet. Avoid spilling bleach onto the clothes in the machine as undiluted bleach may damage them.

If desired add measured liquid fabric softener to the softener inlet until it reaches the load line. Avoid spilling undiluted softener onto the clothes in the tub as it may damage them.

OPERATING THE MACHINE

Press the POWER ON pad.

Select the desired wash cycle ( any of the pre-

programmed washes or any customised programme).

Press the START / HOLD pad.

The machine will automatically dispense detergent, bleach and softener at the appropriate time during the wash, rinse and spin cycle and then stop.

Open the lid, remove the laundry and switch off.

Close the taps.
