TROUBLE SHOOTING

Before taking the unit to a service center, please check the following list of common problems for your issue.

PROBLEM	POSSIBLE CAUSE	SOLUTION
Unit fails to steam.	Unit is not plugged in.	Plug into electrical outlet.
Power Indicator Light	Household Circuit Breaker/	Reset Circuit Breaker/Ground Fault
does not illuminate.	Ground Fault Interrupter has	Interrupter, or replace fuse. If you need
	tripped or blown a fuse.	assistance, Contact a licensed electrician.
Unit fails to steam.	Auto Shut-Off has engaged.	Refer to Auto Shut-Off section on page 5
		of this manual for proper procedure.
Power Indicator
	Water Reservoir is empty.	Refill Water Reservoir using procedures
Light does illuminate.

	Unit is damaged or malfunctioning.	Please contact our customer support
		department.
Steam Burst output is	Pressing Plate needs to be	Refer to Cleaning the Digital Fabric
